Luxurious Beach Sanctuary 1br/1ba in Tidewater--sleeps 6! New King Bed in BR!

I fell in love with the Tidewater building while showing condominiums there to a perspective buyer. This building is perfectly positioned across from Zeke's marina and St. Thomas by the Sea. I could walk to church, or in the afternoons, I could go to the marina and meet friends for lunch or dinner at Wolf Bay Lodge, or my husband could go deep sea fishing as many charters and dolphin tours leave from the marina. All that, and I never needed to get in a car! This is rare for gulf front properties in Orange Beach.

In Tidewater, I loved the 1bedrooms the best. They have real twin sized bunk beds built in the hallways, and very nicely sized living areas and balconies -- which in my opinion is the most important thing.

Tidewater 704 has state-of-the-art newer kitchen, modern updated bathroom, and a brand new sleeper sofa (as of November 2024). New furnishings abound in Dana's Sanctuary by the Sea. It's important that if a condo sleeps a certain number that that number of people can gather and talk and dine, etc. We have great seating in the living room, and I was adamant that we have a rocker recliner -- I like to nap in one. So, while it is not pictured, a brand new white leather rocker recliner is on order and soon to be delivered. We have a separate swivel chair which is incredibly comfortable, and a great vantage point to join in to conversation or zone out to the beach. The sofa had to be comfortable as well and seat 3 or allow a nice nap by day. It is new and has a comfortable top of the line sleeper.

The balcony? It has to be the place where I have my coffee and early morning quiet time. We have all new furniture on this balcony. The high-end luxe resin seating which has a lifetime warranty and does not rust. Bonus: It's also incredibly comfortable! 4 counter height chairs and one sling chaise chair--very comfy for outdoor napping-- adorn the this large balcony. 5-6 people can enjoy a great conversation and dolphin watch at the same time.

Tidewater is in a great section of Orange Beach. Fantastic dune and water and beach views abound from the main living spaces in this condo. This unit is Heaven on the 7th floor! Tidewater 704 is decorated to be a comfortable space for families or a couple or 4 people traveling. With so many big spaces, we wanted to create an affordable sanctuary that is like our second home, which we could share with others.
