Just steps from the white sandy beach, the stunning gulf-front views will draw you in and this upscale coastal complex will delight. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation property is ready for your visit.

The spacious living area opens to the gulf-front balcony where you will find a table and chairs for six as well as two chaise lounges. The living room has a sectional sofa with a queen sleeper, plus two chairs, two end tables with lamps, and a coffee table atop an area rug. An entertainment center is home to a 60" flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player. The living area is a palette of coastal blues and accents.

The master bedroom also opens to the balcony and hosts a king bed, with two nightstands and lamps, a dresser and a 55" flat screen TV, all with a coastal feeling. The master includes 2 built in charging stations. The master bath offers ample cabinet space, a separate step-in shower and jetted tub, as well as two sinks in the vanity area.

The fully equipped kitchen has a granite-topped bar with four stools, stainless steel appliances that include a side-by-side refrigerator and flat-top stove. Lots of cabinets and a nearby wet bar with ice maker and sink. The dining table accommodates six and the bar can seat four additional guests.

The second bedroom has two queen beds with a coral and white color scheme. The bedroom includes a nightstand and lamp, a dresser and a 55" flat-screen TV. The bathroom has granite counter-tops and a shower/tub combination.

The third bedroom has two queen beds, with a beachy blue color scheme throughout. There is a nightstand and lamp as well as a dresser and a 55" flat-screen TV. The thrid bath has a step-in shower, with granite counter-tops. All bathrooms have hairdryers.

The property is located within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery and retail stores.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
