On-site, you'll have access to a host of Summer House amenities, including a large, split-level outdoor pool, as well as an indoor pool, a large hot tub, a fitness room, and a sauna. Omni tennis courts and basketball hoops are also on-site and ready for a little friendly competition.



For family-friendly fun times, you'll find mini-golf, bumper boats, and go-karts at Adventure Island, less than a mile from this condo. Experience regular live entertainment and ride the Ferris wheel at The Wharf, just six miles away. And if you're looking to spend some time outdoors, explore the 6,500 acres of Gulf State Park, accessible via the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, less than two miles down the road, or take a drive down to Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge 16 miles west.
