Great Condo! Incredible View and location

This unit in Four Seasons was awesome. Four Seasons is the best overall location in Orange Beach with the private pier and much less crowded beach but still in the heart of OB. First this unit is right on the beach with great balcony and beachfront views in every room. Very spacious for our party of 6 with 3 bedrooms and lots of beds. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The condo management was super lots of great info beforehand and an easy check in with a very handy QR code inside for check and check out plus texts to make sure everything was great. I would definitely stay hear again.

very nice unit. Loved the location and beach front was really great! easy to work with the manager, ex. checkout was a breeze. my one recommendation: add a smaller pot to the kitchen. only really big ones were available. (also, need to exterminate - saw one really large roach in the master - ugh). We would definitely stay there again.

Overall Decent Experience

Pros: The property is like the photos appear which is nice. We found it to be a very spacious place, loved the two masters, the huge living room windows, large balcony and access to the balcony from three different rooms of the condo. Showers had good pressure and beds were comfortable. The property management company was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond and very thorough follow up. The view was great and we loved the private pier access. Cons: upon arrival we were not able to check in at 3:00 and didn’t get to enter the condo until about 3:30. After an hour of being in the condo we noticed our feet on the bottom were black! The floors had been swept but certainly not mopped and were filthy! We took a paper towel and wiped the floors and they were very dirty. We contacted the mgmt company and they immediately responded and offered to have someone come back to clean floors. We appreciated their quick response and resolution of the issue. Another con is that there are absolutely no extra pillows or blankets so you’d want to pack extra. Each person has only one pillow per bed and they were not comfy pillows. The condo building was a bit dated, pool area and bathroom down near pool could use some upgrades for sure but were overall fine. The internet was not consistent at all which made watching tv difficult. I would stay in this condo again given the view and size of the space but would definitely know to pack extras like pillows and throw blankets.

Overall everything was great. However, the floor was pretty dirty and if you went barefoot, the bottom of your feet turned black. We understood there’s not much time to clean from one booking to the next, but maybe fit time for mopping. Otherwise, everything was great.

Four Seasons Stay

We had a nice stay at the Four Seasons at Orange Beach. The property was in great shape. Our main issue was check-in. Check in directions say that check in is anytime after 3:00. We arrived at 3:10 but could not actually get into the condo until 4:40. We waited in our car for 1 1/2 hours and my daughter, husband and 3 kids had to wait as well. I was told that after 3:00 did not mean 3:00 and that they could not tell you a true check in time beforehand. I have never heard of such a thing. Every time I have ever stayed at a condo anywhere else there was a certain check in time. How do you know when you can arrive and get into your condo???? I was told it just depended on when the condo was finished being cleaned.

Great place!

The pictures do this place justice! We've stayed at the Gulf at least a dozen times and this was the best condo yet. Lots of room. You can't hear the neighbors unless you are on the balcony. It's so close to the beach it's easy to go back to your unit for anything you need. Access to the pier was a nice bonus with kids who loved to see the sand sharks and rays. The only complaint we had was the king bed in the master. It needs replaced! It is super lumpy and shakes like an earthquake with a twitch of movement! However, we'd definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Experience

We had a wonderful time with family and friends in Orange Beach. The condo was amazing and the communication with Liquid Life was incredible. I would rent this unit or use Liquid Life over and over. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end and our condo was beautiful.

Perfect in Every Way

This condo provided the best winter holiday setup we could ask for! Located right on the beach and short drive to any store or restaurant. It was perfectly appointed and the attention to detail was obvious. We appreciated the ease of check in, clean property, accurate VRBO representation, private fishing pier, and great communication. If you’re looking for ease and convenience, I highly recommend checking this out. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Hope to visit again next winter. Thanks for a memorable and fun vacation stay!

September condo visit

This condo was updated, had plenty of space for everyone and very well stocked for cooking in when desired. Location is great, grocery stores close by, restaurants abundant. There was some exterior painting being done but they were very considerate of guests on vacation. One of the elevators was having issues and out of service several days awaiting parts. Minor delays on the wait for the other elevator. Manageable just a bit of a nuisance. Would definitely stay again.

Nice but serious privacy issues with Liquid Life

Our rental condo was nice, tastefully decorated and basically as pictured. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen but living room sofas and rug are in desperate need of replacement, sagging cushions with no support. The view and pier here are always wonderful. We have happlily stayed at this complex about 10 times. This time, with Liquid Life, maintenance workers twice came unannounced and even entered our condo unannounced while we were in the unit . After the first unannounced arrival (to change an air filter) was denied entry as a lone female was inside, I called the Liquid Life office to make sure they had sent someone. They "weren't sure" but did do "routine maintenance." I requested they please let us know when someone would need entry. The guy showed up later that day, still no call. Later in our stay the ladies were alone, on the balcony, and a Liquid Life guy just bursts onto the balcony. Again, no call or text from Liquid Life. This is totally unacceptable. They texted numerous other times so there was absolutely no reason that, for entry purposes, they couldn't be bothered to notify the occupants before coming inside the unit. My other issue is that of twice being told inaccurate information by LL employees about parking. We were aware from before renting that the two buildings were still being worked on from hurricane damage in fall of 2020 and that during construction/ renovation work parking passes would be limited to one per unit. I called and spoke with LL on the day before final payment was due having decided that we would cancel our reservation if it would be noisy and if we could not get an additional parking space as we had friends driving in separately. Office person told me, no, they were no longer working on the buildings and, yes, we could get a 2nd parking pass from the security guard upon arrival. Both statements were untrue. Friends who were driving separately also called and were also told they would be able to get a second parking space. In the end, all three drivers who called were misled by LL about the parking situation. I understand the condo owners association is in charge of the parking decisions. In our two week stay the lot always had many empty parking spaces but you could not purchase an additional space. We generally love staying here but nobody should be renting out a condo that holds 8 people if you can only get one parking space. Also, check out travel insurance if renting during hurricane season.

Perfect Place!

This condo had the perfect layout of bedrooms for our family to spread out in our own space, yet hang together cooking and watching the waves off the huge balcony. Kitchen was stocked with all pans & utensils necessary for cooking every meal and a bonus was the crockpot. View off the spacious balcony was amazing. Private pier and beach area were the best while all other areas seemed to be crowded down the way. Loved easy check in process. Only down side to area was a few run ins with more jellyfish than normal and a bit of a gnat problem. Spotting dolphins and stingrays on morning walks was a great surprise. Beds were comfy. Never heard other tenant noises. Internet was spotty but it was a vacation to unplug. Would book again.

Beautiful condo

The property was perfect! We had everything we needed and then some. The ice maker was a huge perk. The only issue we encountered was that there are no grills on the property and you can’t use your own. Not a deal breaker but an inconvenience for us.
