    Phoenix VI est l’un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants de la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison pour laquelle plus de vacanciers séjournent dans ce condo que tout autre à Orange Beach.



    Il n’ya pas de meilleur endroit pour rester pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix VI. Il existe de nombreuses activités comprenant une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même un bel espace gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous faites un barbecue. Restez dans notre unité Premium et payez moins que le prix choisi !!!



    Venez vous détendre sur le balcon du 4ème étage donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe ou dormez dans le grand lit king size du maître. Cette unité a été améliorée pour inclure de nouveaux meubles, des comptoirs en granit et de nouvelles armoires. Nous avons un lit king size dans le maître avec accès au balcon et nous avons deux lits doubles dans la chambre d'amis avec un canapé-lit queen !! Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.



    POUR LES GRANDS GROUPES, NOUS AVONS DES UNITÉS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES À PHOENIX VI, INCLUANT UN AUTRE 2 AUTRES UNITÉS À CE 4ÈME ÉTAGE !!!!



    Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 35 $ plus taxes par véhicule. Condo was in a great location. Paper towels were not provided as in description. We were fine with buying. Property is in need of fresh paint, wall repairs and some furniture replacement but it’s a rental, so to be expected. Plenty of pans to cook. Towels are not large or thick to bathe may need to bring extra from home. It was a nice stay, just not 5 stars.

Clean unit, convenient to the beach. Lots to do for kids at Phoenix VI. Easy access in and out of unit. We didn’t cook , but the kitchen well stocked and great view of beach.! Will definitely stay here again.

The mattresses in this condo are horrible. Especially the king size. I don't think I've ever tried to sleep on one that was worse. Please replace it for others.Kitchen was well equipped.

This was our first time at VI and the final Phoenix condo for us to check out. Pros= beautiful location, easy check in, room was as pictured and it was easy booking. Cons = couch needs to be replaced as it’s not comfy at all, we’d also recommend replacing the bed in the master- feels like you’re sleeping on the floor so we wouldn’t stay in this room again because of the bed.

Spacious and Convenient

There was sand in the bathroom rug and some socks from previous guests under the bed. Otherwise clean and well kept. The condo is spacious and quiet. The balcony furniture was nice and tons of beach toys in the outdoor closet. The mattress in the king bed isn’t comfortable and needs replaced. You can feel a dip in it when you sit. Thankfully it was at the foot of the bed so we still slept fine. The location is great! The facility as a whole was perfect for a family. Multiple elevators, and plenty of luggage carts.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my family's first visit to Orange Beach, and we really did enjoy the stay! However, the condition of the condo was very disappointing.Upon arriving we began to check everything over. There were several things that should have had more attention. Here's the list:1. Both shower curtains were covered with mold and mildew. The manager, Clark, did however bring us new ones right away which was very much appreciated!2. There was a deep coating of sand on the coffee table, kitchen table, and all floors throughout.3. We literally had to clean each of the the closet floors with Clorox wipes before we felt comfortable putting our items in there. There was so much dirt, sand, and dust.4. Underneath each of the living room chairs and tv stand, there was several pieces of opened candy, wrappers, and dirt.5. Luckily there were 2 blankets that we covered the couch & tan reclining chair with. Both were disgustingly dirty. I sat on a wooden kitchen chair the entire week.5. Wood bed frame on the double bed to the left was broke & laying up against the wall.6. The couch is NOT as depicted in the picture. It was so broken down that we were sitting on the springs from the roll away bed. The cushions might as well not have even been there because after days, they were not comforting at all.7. Socks were worn around the condo because the floor obviously hadn't been mopped in quite some time.8. Washed the drawers out in the fridge before putting our food in there. There was also hair in the freezer on the ice cubes.Clark, the manager, however was wonderful! We actually thought we may get our cleaning fee back like our friends did, however, that didn't happen. We definitely will go back, but I will never stay in this unit again. Very disappointed with the condition of the property when the cost to rent is not cheap!

It was clean and well maintained. Location along the beach was perfect and the complex has a lot of amenities. We were traveling with a grandparent and 2 kids and everyone enjoyed it here.

The building had nice and clean amenities and despite visiting over the busy Memorial Day weekend we never had to wait long for an elevator. Other reviews mentioned a lack of parking but we always found a spot for our 2 vehicles and others were still available. My one complaint was the furniture. The couch was so caved in it was practically unusable. Also my room code spontaneously stopped working but Clark was very responsive and sent me a new code almost immediately. He also acknowledged my concern about the couch. The beach was beautiful and clean. We will be back.
