Location was wonderful! Pool was great and it was cleaned every single morning. The rental company was great to work with.Our air went out on Thursday afternoon and they had someone there within an hour. It was fixed and operational in under 3 hours!The neighborhood was quite with easy access to beach. The only thing we would change is more pans to cook in and an updated recliner in living room.It was very dirty. Other than that, it was a great 1st experience in Orange Beach.We celebrated 2 birthdays the week we stayed!

no rush is a perfect title

great location and house. info says it can sleep 14 but living/dining really only accommodates 10. Wish the kitchen had been bigger - very small if more than 1 person wants to be in it.

Great beach house

Very cute home for us to stay in! Very clean, coastal decorated house with a great porch view of the ocean and small gated community. We enjoyed the pool that was never too busy and the beach was maybe a quarter of a mile of a walk to the beach. The owners were very easy to get ahold of. Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the beach and pool time with a cute home retreat.

Family Vacation

The house was great!! Very clean, well-stocked with everything we could need, and a great location! We had a plumbing issue, and it was taken care of quickly. The only thing I would question is that in the description of the house when I booked, the 3rd floor bedroom (not the master suite) with one bed was listed as having a king bed. It only had one queen, and we had counted on it being king! Other than that, everything was great!!

The house was perfect in so many ways: the location, the amenities, the beach, which was not too crowded, plenty of parking, and the beautiful porches to watch the sunrise. The Wi-Fi was very slow (no streaming on your own devices!), and if you have Verizon, the cell service isn't great. The multiple TVs all had cable so plenty to watch.

Great Beach Getaway - can’t beat the location.

The house was nice in a great little community and location. However the pillows were flat. The toilet paper was like parchment paper. There were absolutely no coffee filters even for the first day! No salt, pepper, oils, food wrap or bags. We have stayed a lot of VRBO homes over the years and know for a fact that guests leave these kinds of things behind. So it’s frustrating that they apparently clean everything out so there’s not even a little bit of convenience items to get you through the first night until you get to the store. Suggestion would be leaving a few coffee filters for guests for the first morning to make your first morning comfortable. Upgrade your toilet paper - the amount of money you’re charging you could splurge a little bit on the toilet paper. This is worse than gas station toilet paper. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and we loved the home in the community

Spring Break 2024

Beautiful and well maintained home in an excellent location right on the beach and a large pool to use as well. It was extra roomy for our group of family and friends. Great communication and easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend!

This Property Is Amazing

A group of about 10 of us stayed in this house for this long weekend away. We were all adults, most approaching middle age. The property was amazing. The master bedroom suite was perfect with a large private balcony that had a nice ocean view. The small complex has about 16 homes in the and it was super quiet. There was plenty of parking because most of us were on motorcycles, which we could park all of then under the house. The selling point for me was the master bedroom suite with the faux electric fireplace. Good for setting the mood. Being beach front, you are right there on the water. The white sand is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Long weekend for family wedding

This is a lovely beach house and it was perfect for our family. The property is in a very nice small gated community with excellent access to a private part of the beach. The only suggestion is to provide some beach chairs. There is nothing to use at the beach and our visit was a 4 nights so it was not worth purchasing anything and the beach rental place was closed.

Family vacation

Wonderful clean home!! Pool right there and beach only steps away! Tennis courts also fun and right there! Kitchen fully stocked nice bathrooms! Master bed very comfortable! The other king beds not very comfortable need new mattress. The toilet paper is very rough that they provide so bring plenty of your own. The hose at the boardwalk to wash sand off was broken the entire week but there is a hose under stairs of house where you can wash off sand. Loved the house overall we will try to stay there again! Close to many wonderful restaurants too!

Beach days

The home was beautiful! The area, the beach, the pool we loved it all! The short walk to the beach and proximity to the pool were perfect for us with small children. The area was close enough to restaurants and grocery but not in the middle of everything. Perfect for what we wanted! Will definitely be returning!

Amazing Beach Vacation

Beachside 13 was perfect for our family vacation! It was very clean, beautifully decorated with many updates in kitchen & master suite. The location is just steps away from the beach and our grandkids enjoyed the pool as much as the beach! We’ve rented in this community before, and it always delivers exactly as described. We look forward to staying here again in 2024.

Family Gathering 2023

It was absolutely perfect in every way. We loved being able to walk over the boardwalk to the beach. The porches were perfect for sitting and visit and relaxing. The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for our group of 10. Great location. Would love to go back to this very house again.

Property is great.. Managing company was a pain

We loved the property and location! It was fantastic and we would’ve had a great time had it not been for Alabama Getaway Vacation Rentals. It started after a noise complaint was made at 5:30 pm (not quiet hours) over country music played on the front porch while a few of us were finishing getting ready for our dinner plans. (this could’ve simply been resolved by being asked to turn the music off) Our dinner was interrupted by being informed about the noise complaint, and once again about cans being left “everywhere” on the front porch (we left in a hurry for reservations). I was told the cans must be picked up immediately, so i had to leave my dinner and to go pick up FOUR CANS. (yes i counted) Following those 2 interruptions, I was told to give them the number of my mother and aunt who accompanied us to meet the age to rent. They then called my mom who verified she was in attendance. THEY PROCEEDED TO SHOW UP THE NEXT MORNING TO THE HOUSE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT BELIEVE US. My mom and aunt had already left for the day, so i had to call and get them to come back from their plans so they could someone face to face. And no it didn’t stop there. I was then called and told that the owner was coming by the house and i needed to be there. I WAITED FOR 5 HOURS AND NO ONE SHOWED. I wasted a whole day of my vacation time that i gave thousands of dollars to go on, waiting on someone who never showed up. And yes i called the office and never heard back from anyone. So, no i wouldn’t recommend staying here.
