Phoenix East offers some of the best views in town! Settle into this comfortable beach-front vacation condo and you will be all set! This two-bedroom and two-bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

The living area is adjacent to the gulf-front balcony, and has a queen sleeper sofa, a chair wiht an ottoman and a recliner. There's also an entertainment center with a flat screen TV.

The kitchen has granite countertops and a bar with three stools, plus a glass-topped dining table with seating fro six.

The first bedroom has a king bed with rattan furnishings that include two nightstands with lamps and a flat screen TV. The master bath has granite countertops and a shower/tub combination as well as seating area in the vanity.

The second bedroom has a king bed with rattan furnishings, including two nightstabds with lamps, a dresser with a mirror and a TV stand with a flat-screen TV.

The bathroom has granite countertops with a shower/tub combination.

The balcony offers a table and ample seating to watch the waves roll in.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
