Fine for small beach condo, but

Horrid stench of mildew from the first time we opened the door until we checked out. Hit in the face with it every time we opened the door. While in the condo, everything was moist as the air conditioner cannot seem to remove the humidity from the air inside the condo. Other than that, it was a decent small 1br condo. Check in and arrival was a breeze. Only one of the two elevators worked during our stay. Although that was annoying, I can’t hold it against the building for upgrading; just unlucky it was during my stay.

When we arrived the unit smelled like mildew. The blender also was broken. The floor build up moister cqusing it to flood the floor in the unit when the balcony door is open. There isnt an indoor pool but you share amenities with pheonix 1 through 4 though which due. The arcade was down half the time also. The view though is good and the walk to the beach was short.downhalf the time

Good but little disappointed

All was pretty good. Very unhappy about providing only one poor quality toilet paper and one paper towel rolls. Also, very displeased with having to pay $55 for parking. One vehicle parking should be included with the rental. Oh, didn’t care for having to pay for the umbrellas. One should be included for condo visitors. What I liked a lot was the self opening entrance doors, the luggage and grocery carts. The elevators were very fast and efficiently located. Lots of other small things that make a visit pleasurable.

A few days to relax

We booked a few days to come celebrate our Anniversary. The room was nice, decorated perfectly and the amenities were perfect. The bed was comfortable and there wasn't any noise at all. Everyone was nice, friendly and courteous. We used the grill one night to grill steaks which they have several on the property to choose from. The beach was beautiful and the water was great. The water could have been a little warmer for my taste but it still was so nice to enjoy the beautiful view from the room coupled with the sun/surf/sand. We will definitely be back in the future!
