Arrived in Pattaya and received no check in details, had to wait for VRBO to try and contact host. No reply and had to find another property to stay. '

'The building is 3 floors apartment, no elevator. It’s in a quiet area of Banchang district. The street in front of the hotel is narrow. The room is clean and spacious. The mattress is good but the pillows are high and hard. The hospitality is good. Having own transportation is a must.'
