'La pasamos muy bien, la comida es deliciosa, el servicio al cliente muy bueno, habitaciones cómodas y lindas, tienen actividades durante el día para los niños. Me gustó que el buffet estaba protegido por un vidrio y te sirve un mesero, así de mantiene la higiene y el orden, también hasta el desperdicio de los huéspedes desconocidos desconsiderados que usualmente hay en este tipo de restaurantes. Volveríamos a ir sin duda! '

'The hotel is great but what made the experience great was the staff, especially the Preferred club staff. Our butler Anibal was great, he made sure we had an amazing experience, couldnt have asked for anyone better. Everyone at the preferred lounge and Rosewater was great at making us feel welcomed at all times, especially Francy, Esperanza and Francisco. Would definately return. '

'Todo excelente. Solo recomendaría que tuvieran más control de las sillas de la piscina, ya a las 8:00 a.m. estaban todas separadas con toallas y nadie en el área de la piscina.'
