'I booked online at , what I believed was the website. After a couple days I had still not received any confirmation so was growing concerned. When I called the only number available I reached headquarters, not a local number for the local facility. I explained the situation and my concerns. Reluctantly, he confirmed I had a reservation but could not give any additional information because, he said, I had booked through a third party. I had gone through their web page. He was reluctant to chat...

Housekeeping was awesome helped us out a lot with that issue throughout our stay. it did persist. My son enjoyed the water park. Their pizza and hamburgers were pretty good. All in all had a good 4 days stay.'
