'First time in Vermillion. Decided to go there and avoid outrageous room costs in Sioux Falls. I will go again. This was easy to get to and was a nice place.'

'Mooi redelijk nieuw hotel. Goed ontbijt. Goede ligging in omgeving van snelweg. Verder weinig in omgeving. Afgelegen. Binnen 5 Miles wel mogelijkheden om te eten buiten het hotel. Personeel was niet heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wasdroger zat vol met inkt. Moesten maar down town gaan om je wasgoed te drogen. Optie. Personeel maakt droger schoon. Die optie bestond niet. Zeer onvriendelijk. '

'We were struggling to find a hotel on our way to the Badlands because everything was already booked. We came across My Place Hotel in Mitchell, South Dakota, on Expedia and decided to give it a try. It ended up being a hidden gem. The price was very affordable for a Saturday night, especially compared to other nearby hotels that were already sold out. 'The pool was closed, as we were told the water heater wasn't working. The hallway ceiling tiles had water stains. The shower-curtain rod was very rusted. Otherwise, the room was clean, but a little dated. The staff was friendly.. Don't expect an elaborate breakfast or wonderful coffee.'
