'This apartment is absolutely amazing! The views are beautiful and all the amenities were great! I will agree with another reviewer that there is an odor at the location and that same odor is at other nearby stores and fields. By the time we left town we agreed that it must be some kind of a native plant. It's hard to describe but is quite pungent. 'I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day!'

'It’s our third time staying as the location is perfectly situated for two events we go to in the same weekend. The room is very comfortable and there are several thoughtful touches by the owners. We travel with our dog and the fenced in yard is perfect. Our dog also loved the basket of dog toys to play with. Water pressure/temperature and WiFi all great. '

'The host sent communications early and was on top of it. The host also asked how they could better serve us. I appreciated that! The loft was spacious, and had all the amenities including blankets and board games for when we hung out on the living room. On another note, I may have missed it but this is a 3rd floor loft with lots of stairs. For the healthy children and adults this is absolutely fine, but for older adults who will carry a carry or suite case or larger it will be challenging...
