'Our balcony overlooked the pool and Fagers. Island, excellent location. The room was spacious and the hotel staff were very nice. Our only complaint is there was no hot water in our room. Someone came up and told us to turn the faucet to the right and let it run 15 minutes, we let it run one hour we still never got hot water. . I know the building was under renovation so maybe there was an issue there that will be corrected.'

'Historic beautiful building - high ceilings and majestic feel. Building appeared restored and was well maintained. With modern fixtures and new feel. Spacious shared space was lovely. Attentive, helpful, and kind host.'
