'I have stayed in many different hotels in China, but this is the best. When I arrived the staff were really helpful and accommodating. I searched through many city centre hotels in Chengdu before booking this one. The pictures of the hotel and the reviews made it stand out. However, it was so much better than the pictures conveyed. 'Great modern hotel, clean and quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Subway is easily accessed from basement, and is 5 stops to the railway station. Hotel allows smoking - my room smelt of smoke and had an ashtray : they told me it was a non smoking room which is what I booked. They did move me on the second day of my stay, and the second room didn’t smell. '
