'Overall the hotel is very well maintained and was very clean. The only complaints we had were that the pool was cold & the loud guests. Unfortunately we heard the guests above our room jumping and stomping as well as guests passing in the hallway. Not sure if they were extra loud or if noises just travel further here. Eventually things did settle down so we did not need to ask the staff to get involved. Aside from those issues, our stay was very nice. The room and bathroom were very clean and...

'In room whirlpool was perfect!'

'Breakfast was minimal'

'The staff were friendly, professional, and hospitable. The Woodbury & Co. hand soap, body wash, and hand lotion was absolutely amazing and refreshing. The bed was comfortable although the water pressure was awful, a cobweb in the corner and the fan above the jacuzzi tub was dirty and needs attention.'

'Expected more'

'Very nice place and can't beat the price. Would stay again'

'The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.'

'I booked a room through Expedia, relying on the photos of the hotel and the rooms that they have online; however, due to renovations at the hotel, the types of rooms Expedia is offering are no longer available. The hotel is very clean and has a lovely view of the river, but I was a bit disappointed because I paid for a type of room that the hotel no longer provides.'

'The stall overall was nice, pool was a good size, clean, well kept. Lobby, stairs needed a cleaning visible layers of dust. They don't come and clean your garbage give you clean towels or make your bed if you stay 2 nights. Breakfast had good variety.'

'Very nice stay. But please get regular half and half. The fake stuff is poison. Also, real eggs would be better than the eggs served. Overall, we had a very nice stay.'

'Hotel was prima, ruime suite. '

'Unfortunately, my stay has led me to the conclusion that I am unlikely to consider staying at this property again. We attempted to check in an hour and a half after the posted check-in time, only to be told that the room would not be available for another hour or so. I was assured that I would receive a text message when the room was ready. After receiving no notification, we returned two hours later, only to discover that my name had never actually been added to the lengthy list of guests...

'Beds were comfortable,, location was in an industrial area, hotel itself was under repair, but had multiple sections that were very rundown, bathrooms were totally outdated and the electrical outlets appeared to be hazardous. ‘Breakfast’ was only served until 9 and the eating area was sketchy.'
