'The self check in was easy. Our Ferry came in quite later than scheduled so it was a quick stay over before leaving the next day. Too short of a stay to find anything wrong but much nicer and spacious than a regular motel. Very clean. 5 minutes off the Ferry. The spa was nice and so was the balcony in our unit. It was nice to have a grocery store and gas station so close they could easily be located just by looking out the window and not involve following any directions.'

Everything is comfortable and it comes with underground parking. The views are beautiful, and the location is hard to beat. You can walk everywhere in Picton. 'I didn’t get the promised text or email telling me what room I was in. I called the help number but it wasn’t answered. I left a message but have never been called back. I have tried that number about 12 times but it always goes to answer phone. There was another phone number mentioned on my earliest Expedia correspondence and when I called it an Indian man said I had a wrong number.
