« I was touched mostly by the staff. Upon arrival, I was met with smiles and a big welcome. During my stay, there was one person that was an example of an excellent rep for your brand. Her name is Buffy! I would come down stairs and see her at the desk and would instantly smile. My day would b off to a great start! Clone her if you can! »

« This hotel was located in the downtown Omaha area, about three miles from the airport, so it felt close enough for convenience without being right next to it. Overall, the stay was very nice. The rooms were clean, modern, and well put together, and the overall feel of the hotel was comfortable and updated. One thing to note is that there weren’t any convenience stores within easy walking distance, so snacks and drinks were mostly limited to what the hotel offered. The on-site restaurant was...
