Our family enjoyed the pool and loved the 2 outdoor grills and poolhouse which had a bathroom so we didn't have to go in the house during swim time.

We had a lot of small kids, the pool temperature was perfect, think 86 degrees, the kids swam in the pool probably 8 hrs per day. Everything is good shape and we had a good time. Location is very good for getting to downtown. The mall at Gene Leahy park was also a big hit with the kids. Family would stay there again.

Overall very nice

The property is very nice overall. We stayed during December so the pool was closed, but it looks very nice. The internet speed was HORRIBLE! Definitely not the 250 mbps in the listing. A speed test done in the dining area was at 1 mbps! There was a knob missing from the stove which limited our cooking to only 3 burners. And the ice maker didn’t work. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. The heating was either HOT or COLD - temperamental and not sure what you were going to get. The property management group was non-responsive but luckily we didn't have any major issues that needed immediate attention. Overall, this is a nice property but it needs some work and a better-stocked kitchen..

Fantastic rental for a family getaway

I rented this place to take my teenagers and a couple of their friends on a long weekend away. The house is so nice and the backyard has more than we could have asked for and somehow the weather in October was good enough to have 2 full pool days! Great location, great house & overall just an amazing VRBO! Thank you for helping make this a memorable weekend for all!!

Perfect for group gathering

We had 3 families meet up here, the space was perfect for our group. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was a little green when we got there, but they got it cleared up for us.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Our family enjoyed the pool so much. Pool area and grounds were really nice, even with it being in a residential area we felt that area was private with the landscaping. Close enough to some of the attractions like the zoo. The house was nice, it was really hot when we were there so upstairs bedrooms didn’t cool off real well with the air conditioning. We did lose power for about 12 hours when we were there due to a storm. The property did have a generator but we were unable to use it because it hadn’t been serviced yet. Dan was very helpful, our check in went very well. He did call and check in to see if everything was ok. All in all a good experience we enjoyed our stay there.

Wanted to Absolutely Love It

Let's start with the positives! The entire property offered plenty of space for our family, whether it be in the home or at the pool. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. The pool area / house is AMAZING and was a lovely place for our family to gather. Additionally, the air conditioning in the pool house was fabulous - it was HOT! It is beautifully built, and the shade offered by the patio covering was awesome. Days in the pool were followed by evenings around the middle level fire pit eating S'mores. Now for the not so perfect parts. Believe me when I say, I truly tried to overlook these things until they just kept building up. While some family members told me "it's not a big deal," they also weren't the ones who spent THOUSANDS of dollars for a 3 day stay. When I spend this kind of money, I should expect a nearly perfect stay. Communication was spotty - several msgs left unanswered. The pool bottom was dirty when we arrived and no vacuum to clean it. The kitchen had limited mixing bowls - bring along all your own tin foil, saran wrap, etc. A portion of the tub surface is peeling and the baby had to be kept away from that area when bathing. Upstairs was HOT, and there was only a ceiling fan in 1 bedroom. The deck had several nails that had popped up which cut one person's foot open. While the landscaping is beautiful, the weeds needed to be pulled. Overall, I would recommend staying here. Just be prepared for a few things mentioned above.

Great family home and outdoor space

We stayed at this home for the CWS. The location was perfect to get downtown and to Charles Schwab Field easily and quickly. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, it is absolutely beautiful!

I think we found it!

Having journeyed extensively and appreciating serene family getaways, my husband and I have cultivated a discerning eye for exceptional vacation homes. Coming from the resplendent Colorado mountains, we set a high bar when substituting our picturesque residence for a vacation rental. The latest gem we uncovered in Omaha, however, effortlessly superseded our loftiest anticipations. Despite Omaha typically being synonymous with farming equipment and renowned livestock, this distinctive haven we chanced upon was a refreshing exception. It artfully struck a balance between secluded serenity and inviting communal spaces - a soothing escape and a hub of family exuberance. This Omaha sanctuary served as an impeccable antidote to the joyful pandemonium our family gatherings usually bring, adeptly handling our energetic grandchildren, our complex adult children and the intrigued mélange of relationships they cultivate. In its tastefully elegant and considerate design, this house made achieving this harmony appear effortless. To conclude, we were profoundly taken by this house in Omaha, which successfully marries tranquil luxury with remarkable communal warmth. It is truly a gem in the heart of Omaha and the epitome of a perfect vacation home.

The best stay

This house is absolutely amazing. There was so much room throughout the house for everyone to hangout and not feel like we were on top of each other. The backyard is beautiful and has the cutest pool house with even more beds. Everyone that stayed asked for the link to the house because they want to book it again. By far the best VRBO I have ever stayed at, such a fun place in Omaha.

Clean home, great amenities

This property was great! Our stay was in Nov and were only able to use the hot tub. A warm season stay would be a lot of fun! Only complaint was we reached out a couple times to the host, and never heard back. Thankfully it was not due to urgent issues with the home.
