'Entrance of the area is great, trees next to the road (100 mtr), beautiful.
When they see you arrive directly the friendly piccolo comes out of the hotel and welcomes you very friendly, assisisting you with your luggages to the room.
First we went to the city of Firenze (Florence), very hot, taxies have a normal price.
When we came back to the hotel directly to the swimming pool. The only negative thing we have: 5 stars hotel with small towels and only one. Beer was sold out. The beds are not...

'We loved everything about this place. So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost...

'Wij verbleven in September 2019 een tweede keer in Hotel Villa Betania en net als de vorige keer, 5 jaar geleden, viel ons in positieve zin op: De rust, de bereikbaarheid van het centrum, het uitgebreide ontbijt, de netheid van de kamer, de vriendelijkheid en klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel. Wij hebben geen negatieve ervaringen met dit hotel. Van vrienden hoorden wij dat hun kamer krap was, wij hadden echter beide keren dat wij er waren een zeer ruime kamer.'
