Welcome to this very nice house located in a quiet coastal area 200m away from the beach of Oliva. The property overlooks the sea and the mountains. It can comfortably accommodate 5 people, plus 2 extra spaces.
The property has a fantastic 14m2 furnished porch, where you can sit and enjoy summer lunches and dinners with your loved ones, and a 20m2 terrace for the little ones to play peacefully. You can park your car in the street without any problem, as the beach of Oliva is not very crowded. The privacy of the house is partial.

The house has a bright living-dining room where you can relax after returning from the beach, watching TV or reading a good book. The furnished dining area is located in the same space, where you can enjoy a peaceful meal with family or friends. The ceramic hob kitchen is open to the same room and is fully equipped so you can prepare your favourite dishes. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. For sleeping, there are three bedrooms at your disposal: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third with one single bed. There are also two extra sleeping spaces on the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with a shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

All rooms have a fan. In total, the house has 4 ceiling fans and one standing fan.

This accommodation is located 5 minutes from the equestrian centre of Oliva Nova where you can receive private riding lessons and where state championships are also held. It is also within walking distance of an 18-hole-par 72 golf course where you can enjoy the day practising your swing. For hiking enthusiasts, the Montgo natural park is within walking distance, as is the Marjal d'Oliva where you will find the Font Salada, which has beneficial properties for the skin. If you prefer fine sandy beaches, there are several options in Oliva and you can also practice different water sports, such as Sky-surfing.
