'This is an older motel that has had some paint and basic maintenance. It’s not a resort or a big Steamboat hotel. It’s in a wonderful part of town for exploring on foot. There is some construction directly next door but we were in Steamboat to get out and see sights and hike. So we were gone most of each day and not there to hear it. 'Everything was great family property and close to attractions'

'Mooie locatie en een grote kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. '

'Charming, quaint with gracious hosts. Hot tub, coffee and tea. Couldn't have asked for more!'

'Mooie grote loft met 2 verdiepingen. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Wel jammer dat het grote dakraam geen gordijnen of een rolluik heeft. Nu komt er vanaf zonsopgang wel heel veel licht de slaapkamer in.'

'Was helemaal prima.'

'Very pleasant and clean!'

'Having lived in Steamboat for many years, I do get back fairly often even though I’m living out of state… My stay at the hotel was great, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and I certainly would stay there again. Thanks a lot, Mark.'
