'Last minute booking, came in late hosted waited for us. In the heart of Ragusa Ibla which was fantastic. Host allows you to keep your luggage in office after check out while you tour town. Parking is limited & must climb several stairs to get to your destination. Only thing is our shower had a curtain that stuck to your body, does not reach the floor therefore water sprayed out. '

'This was a delightful surprise in Ragusa Ibla! Beautiful room, with artwork and very modern furniture, great amenities. Private balcony with view of the other side of Ragusa, where we were served a lovely breakfast. A good size wine cellar from which the guests can select a wine and just let the hotel know what they consumed, for a nice drink on the balcony before dinner. 'Goed hotel om de stad te bezoeken. Binnen loopafstand is de oude stad goed te bereiken. Het hotel is prima, uitgebreid ontbijt, nette kamer. Je moet niet bang zijn om in de binnenstad te rijden door smalle en steile Italiaanse straatjes! Parkeren in de straatjes rondom het hotel.'

'Een prachtig oud palaza, omgebouwd tot een hotel. Maar mooie zalen en indrukwekkende ruimtes maken het nog geen prettig hotel. Met een receptionist die je gewoon onzin vertelt en tegen je staat te liegen, begint het al goed. Qua service, is hier echt een hoop mis. Ze beloven veel, als een bar, restaurant en een wellness met zwembad, maar vergeten erbij te vermelden dat het slechts sporadisch open is. En dan te zeggen dat dit een 5 sterren verblijf is, echt treurig.'
