'I chose Golden Inn because of all the excellent reviews and they were accurate. Nothing fancy, just a very clean, well maintained, old school motor inn. A very quiet and peaceful night. Super friendly and helpful owner. I believe the owner is the staff.'

'Nice and recent hotel close to the Interstate. Hotel is located on a food/lodging exit so plenty of restaurants close to the hotel. Best restaurant is Gado's! Rooms are nice and clean. The hotel has a restaurant and small restaurant. Breakfast is on the menu.'

'Clean and quiet inside room. Property was a bit noisy. Construction around the exit made the whole area just seem sort of tucked in and forgotten. Staff was the kindest, most helpful hotel staff I've met in a while.'

'Tried staying for one night and had to leave. Room smelled like smoke, several dead bedbugs were on top of my mattress. When I asked to move into a new room, they DID let me. In both rooms, the room stank of smoke, the sheets and the pillows were stained with different colored (seemingly body) fluids, and I could hear the smallest peep from the room next to me. You will save money but man, you pay for it in other ways.'

'This is a convenient place for a basic overnight when traveling I-70. Our room had many minor maintenance issues but none that really affected our safety or comfort, and it was as clean as it could be. Breakfast offerings were sparse, but the coffee was good and there was real milk. The place was quiet all night and felt safe.'
