Hôtel près de Old National Road Welcome Center (Richmond)

« Check in was horrible. Staff couldn’t be bothered to wait on us and then were so distracted they didn’t give us directions to our room or explain the breakfast and other amenities. Our keys were put on the counter and they turned to another guest. The bathroom grout was disgusting. In the morning, the breakfast buffet was out of food by 8am with no move to replenish it. Confused at the high rating. Won’t stay here again and I’m usually easy going. »

Mais l hôtel n'a pas voulu me fournir une facture (ils m'ont dis que c'était a vous de me fournir une facture qui est importante pour moi pour me faire rembourser)et je les ai contacter par mail .Sans réponse de leurs parts,je me permets de vous contacter pour savoir si vous pourriez m'aider. « The wallpaper was coming off the wall by the air conditioner in the bathroom above the shower it look like had black mold and in the manager had a piss poor attitude with me »

« This was a basic 60s style single level motel. Very clean and comfortable bedding. Easy chair in my room was heavily stained. Breakfast is minimal, at best. I got a good price so stayed but would not likely stay again. »

« My kids loved the pool, I enjoyed using the weights in the fitness room (it is definitely a small space though). Breakfast was typical hotel fare, eggs were good. »
