It's definitely dated, well used, could use some attention on the small things; i.e. bedding, trim paint, clean out the freezer in the fridge, proper shower curtains, and some general deep cleaning in the hidden away areas (corners, behind furniture, etc). 'The room was the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. No hair anywhere and perfectly comfortable. Christine was our housekeeper. Her and the front desk staff gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and to explore. We will definitely come back through again!'

'This is a nice location, however it needs a lot of TLC. The front door was not secured, the bath tub had some major chips out of it and you had to be careful not to step on them. Cockroaches came out of the plugged in hair dryer, the comforter smelled like urine, the halls had a constant presence of marijuana in them, the Ice machine barely put out ice. Positivity was the TV worked and the A/C unit worked. It’s too bad this place is in this condition. There’s permanent people living here...

'The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel.'

'Tldr. Maybe stay Thursday into Friday. Wouldn't recommend Sunday into Monday. Honestly two very different experiences. Went there on a Sunday night and a Thursday night of the same week. Pit stop up to Maine. Sunday night was.. sketchy. Kids in the pool unsupervised (for hours btw), weird guys watching people swim, random spills on the floors that looked liked blood but was probably... Juice? Breakfast was not great. Eggs were way overcooked, sausage was bad. Waffle maches weren't working....

'This location was a pleasant surprise. I felt very safe in this cute coastal town and really enjoyed my stay. The only reason I'm not giving it a full five stars is because there was no warning about the security deposit. It was approximately $250, which was more than the cost of my stay, so it came as an unexpected surprise. Before settling into the room, I noticed the sink was cracked and immediately notified the front desk so I wouldn't be held responsible. The staff was very friendly and...

'TV —— did not have 2 channels in the rooms (ABC and FOX). Had to go down ti\o the conference room to watch the NBA finals. Breakfast was on time and excellent. The area was kept clean and offerings were kept up so that they were never out. Had limited room service over the weekend. Only had towels replaced.'
