Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'this is a good hotel if you are needing something next to Baylor Med hospital. It is a little expensive and they charge for parking in a normal parking lot next to the hotel. The free breakfast was excellent however. When I checked in there was no remote for the tv. The next day I asked again and they stated they would bring one while I was at the hospital. They never did. Not a huge issue but they need to pay attention to small things like that. '

'The rooms are nice and clean, well appointed. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but in a nostalgic and positive way. Its location is perfect for a very short walk without crossing streets to the Majestic, which is why we stay here. '

'A very fun, arty, funky, vibrant hotel; staff was extremely friendly and helpful; the lounge/eating area was fun and relaxing; rooms are ample with cool bathrooms, and same fun/arty vibe; nice east-downtown location- there are not many restaurants, bars, shops in the area- so you'll need to venture out a bit; although it is in proximity to the arty Deep Ellum area, just to the east; nice fitness center; and the outdoor pool area is cool'
