In this case, we have a three-room apartment of approximately 50 square meters with a sea view, located in a residential complex 100 meters from the beach, featuring classic furnishings—not modern but functional.

It is a third-floor penthouse accessible by stairs and consists of a living room with a double bed and a kitchenette equipped with electric hot plates, an open area with 3 single beds, and a loft with two single beds.

The price includes:



electricity, water, and gas usage; air conditioning; initial supply of sheets and towels (changed weekly); final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette and trash removal); free Wi-Fi, access to the pool and beach, use of canoes, windsurfing equipment, and tennis courts, entertainment, and the Kids’ Club (June 6–October 4), private parking.



Mandatory fees to be paid on site:



- Tourist tax: to be paid in cash, varies depending on the period, mandatory according to municipal regulations.



- Security deposit: €400 in cash or by credit card; refundable at the end of the stay upon inspection of the apartment’s condition.

- Cleaning the kitchenette and taking out the trash are the guest’s responsibility. Otherwise, a penalty of €150 will be deducted from the security deposit for failure to clean the kitchenette and another €150 for failure to dispose of trash.



Optional additional services available upon request and payable on-site:
