Modern apartment with private garden in Pittulongu, a few minutes by car from the magnificent beaches of Costa Smeralda.



The apartment, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests with a garden and a covered patio featuring a relaxation area and dining area complete with a barbecue.

The open plan living area, overlooking the garden, is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a TV cabinet, a bar with stools and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, a closet and an access to the balcony, the other one with a single bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Also known as "La Playa", Pittulongu is the favorite beach of the locals. This large crescent of sand, very popular with windsurfers and snorkelers, is characterized by a fine white sand, crystal clear waters and a shallow seabed, perfect for families with children. It also boasts an amazing view of the island of Tavolara, which you can enjoy from the bars and restaurants on the beach.

The area of Pittulongu offers different types of accommodation, restaurants and services, and it is a perfect location to visit the wonders of the Costa Smeralda. Nearby, do not miss Spiaggia di Bados, Spiaggia del Pellicano beach, Cala Banana, Spiaggia Bianca and Le Saline.

Finally, you can’t miss the traditional food and wine in the many bars and restaurants and during the festivals. Some goat marinated in myrtle liqueur and some Gallura soup for a meat dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you’d rather taste the local seafood. To accompany your meal, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, and to end it, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle liqueur.
