'Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and most importantly their smiles seemed genuine. Instructions for the basement car parking was made very clear. Note to management: give the girls a nicer uniform, make it modern and get rid of the grey colour. The girls smiles made up for the dull uniform. The first room I was allocated, was clean but the bathroom door was not hung well. This created a wide gap between the wall and door whereby personal privacy in the bathroo was an issue....

'Mooi verblijf! Ideaal gelegen om Auckland te bezoeken. Op loopafstnd van de winkelstraten en de gezellige haven waar allerlei leuke restaurants zitten. Parnell, het historische gedeelte ligt ook op wandelafstand. DE auto konden wij parkeren onder het hotel voor NZ 30 per dag. Prima geregeld. Personeel erg vriendelijk en de kamer was rustig gelegen met uitzicht op he binnenplein. Wij gaan zeker terug!'

'Fijn hotel, op 10 min lopen van het Centrum. Fijne bedden, keukentje aanwezig, inclusief wasmachine. Balcon, met zo’n in de middag. Bij het zwembad juist zon in de ochtend. Vriendelijk personeel. Er was een ventilator op de kamer voor de warme dagen, dat werkte prima.'

'Het hotel ligt in het CBD, op 3 minuten lopen van de Sky Tower en 5 van de Art Gallery of Queens Street de winkelstraat. De haven ligt op 10 minuten wandelen. Het hotel is een modern hotel met mooi ingerichte kamers met alle comfort. De badkamer is voorzien van een ruime tweepersoonsdouche. Alles was schoon. Er is een restaurant met het ruime ontbijtbuffet of voor 's avonds. Het personeel was attent en behulpzaam.'

'This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated.'
