While close to every major freeway and in the middle of what Edmond calls a perfect location, you will be right at home. Wherever that place might be, Downtown Edmond, Downtown OKC or UCO this location can’t be beat. Stay with us and call it home, you’ll be glad you did!

Perfect for travelers looking to take in the sights of Downtown Edmond and Downtown OKC, which is full of many restaurants, bars & coffee shops close by.

We have decorative fireplace. It is very pretty but you can’t burn wood in it 😉

Check in was great simple to check in quiet neighborhood house was like photos featured Not as clean dust and spider webs inside the home hosts should definitely think about renovations and better home decor dressers beds outdated towels worn out and not fully stocked with home products Overall it was a good stay for what I needed it for !

Dirty Unit on Check-In, Made Last Minute Switch To Other Unit
When we checked into the VRBO, it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned at all. We took pictures and texted them to the host. They apologized and said the other duplex unit was clean and let us stay there instead. It was not the unit we reserved, but it was clean so we stayed. The back yard had 2 chairs, one was broken so we didn't sit in them at all. The door code for our unit was the same as the dirty unit, which was very odd and unsecure. There were also tree trimmers in the backyard of the unit we were supposed to have rented, so it was obvious they didn't mean to rent us that one. Our unit's doorknob didn't lock, which I didn't like either. It was an okay stay, but the check in process was very frustrating, but at least they helped us get to a clean unit fast. I ultimately would not want to stay there again. The fact that after all the hassle, we had to sit on the concrete outside of we wanted to enjoy the backyard, was very disappointing. For the price we paid, it was not worth it. I would have rather stayed at a hotel for the price we paid. At least I know a hotel has actually clean rooms and not broken chairs.

My son and I were Edmond for a baseball tournament, this house fit our needs perfectly. Neighborhood was quiet and near the University, local shopping and restaurants. Manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Challenging items in vrbo
We were staying for a wedding The lights and fan in the master didnt work with no way to fix it until later the next day, which was after getting ready. Later in the day they droped off a lamp. Also the tvs didnt work without contacting the owner. I would expect lights ans fans and tvs to be functioning.

Just what we needed
The location was what we needed. The property is a redone duplex and exactly as advertised. The manager was responsive and attended to some needed maintenance during our stay. We would have no hesitation to return if we’re in the area again in the future.

Condo
The only issue I have was the hidden fee. It was mentioned there was a fee but not what the fee was until the condo was booked. I understand why there is a fee but if required it needs to be included at the time of booking or in the rental price if it is going to be required. It is not just this rental I do not care for any hidden fees. Just be up front at time of booking with all included fees. Also if you say you’re going to do something follow through.

We stayed at this property because it was conveniently close to family we visited in Edmond. The house was perfect for the occasion and very clean, the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was ok and quiet. The check-in time was a little late and check-out time was a little early as compared to a hotel. But I can definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

It’s ok
The backyard was not as advertised. The deck was rotted and full of ants. I thought we were getting two full bathrooms. It had one full bathroom, with ants upstairs. And one half bathroom downstairs. The washing machine had mold in it. The townhouse served its purpose, we had a place to stay.
