•Parking is included.

•The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, & dishwasher. There are pots, pans, plates & glasses, basic cooking utensils, coffee, creamers, & sugar.

•Clean sheets & towels are provided at the beginning of every stay. If you wish to launder them during your stay, there is washer & dryer with some complimentary laundry detergent provided.

•Guests will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.) once they have used the complimentary essentials provided at the beginning of their stay.

PET POLICY: A maximum of 1 pet (dogs or cats) is allowed. Pets must be house-trained, have up-to-date shots, and be properly groomed to minimize shedding. Pets should be crated while unattended in the property and kept off of furniture at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up the yard after your own pet. There is a $50/pet/stay fee.
