'Check in was fine and it's a basic 3 star hotel so I didn't have high expectations but to be told I have to plunge my kids rooms toilet and then only offered towels as a way to have the floor and toilet cleaned after dirty human waste water gets everywhere since the toilet was overflowing, is beyond disappointing and disturbing. 'Stayed for MSU graduation. Every staff member interaction was great, special shout out to Kyra who was in charge of room we rented for the reception- she was wonderful to work with, as was Ellie at the front desk. Comfortable accommodations, would stay again!'

The room was a bit shabby but clean, comfortable and spacious. I could hear guests on both sides through the walls and they were not being overly noisy.
