« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set!
Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« It was a nice hotel, but there was no parking and I was asked to park between two cars that were using the disabled spot and I was with my disable uncle. The next day I woke up with my car vandalized by a person staying at the hotel.
I guess the hotel needs more parking lots.

« Let me start by saying that we have stayed at that location plenty of times and have not had an issue one. This time we stayed in a handicap room (not sure why) and it was terrible. The smell of the room as soon as we walked in about knocked us down. We immediately walked down to the lobby and asked for another room which they then told us they were booked and would spray something and they did. It made the floor so sticky, but yes, helped with the smell. The shower didn't drain... the grossest...
