Lovely house, large roof terrace, 10 minutes from the beach!

Casa Charcas is a very complete and recently restored village house in the center of Ojén.  A village nestled in the mountains but less than 10 km from  Marbella and some beautiful beaches. The residents of Ojen have managed to make sure that the original character of this place has been preserved – a big achievement given the amount of re-development going on this part of Spain. A Holiday home for 2/4 people.

Your daily life takes place between your temporary Spanish neighbors. Just a minute away from the lively village square with its cafes, shops and restaurants.

It is a two-floor house and a large roof terrace. On the  ground floor you will find a modern kitchen with all appliances, a large dining table that sits 8 persons and a TV area (with international channels) with a large sofa that can optionally be converted into a double bed of 1.60m width.  There is also a stove for the colder winter evenings.In this floor,  you will find the first bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

The second floor consists, more or less, of another quite big bedroom with a luxurious ensuite bathroom. From here you can enter a small patio for the morning-coffee.From this patio you can go up to the large roof terrace with a second dining table, lazy chairs to pass the day, an outside kitchen, a gas BBQ and a washing machine and, of course, a fridge for the cold wines and beers.The house is provided with a solar-system for the hot water, WiFi, heating and air-conditioning.

All guests may use the facilities of Hotel La Posada del Angel (2 minutes walk), on the other site of the square. For all kinds of information about the house and the environment, for breakfast on our lovely patio and use of the climatized swimmingpool (from 1 april till 1 oct.).
