'Clean rooms, staff was super friendly and the options for food and beverage in the lobby was a nice perk! '

'The room I was given when I checked in was already occupied. I went to the room and the key wouldn’t open the door so I went downstairs twice and the lady said the battery was probably dead so she sent someone with the laptop to charge/open it. Door opened but they had the inside lock on.that is when we realized someone was in there. The 2nd room had a dirty washcloth hanging on shower rod. All this was at 11:30-midnight '

'According to Expedia I was paying for a king room with a hot tub in the room for Valentine’s Day to relax away from home. We were booked for a basic king room with just a shower in the bathroom. It was too late to find another room somewhere else and still make our dinner reservations and enjoy the rest of our evening. '
