'I think the largest positive issue was communication. I received a Whatsapp message after booking informing me of the process for checking in, parking, getting in the room and checking out, all of which went well. I even replied to the initial message to find out what was in the apartment cooking appliance wise, and they answered almost instantly. 'We had an excellent stay at Mosaic Homes. Perfect location in the center of Granada, close to the cathedral but also reachable by car to drop off our luggage. There is no full-time reception, but communication via WhatsApp goes very smoothly. The staff responds very quickly, even during weekends and late at night. Parking with reduced fee was organized by the staff and the ticket was dropped-off. Very clean, spacious and nicely renovated rooms. When I go back to Granada I will certainly stay...

'This place is amazing—very new, clean, and beautifully furnished. The owners are incredibly welcoming and generous. We requested early check-in and late check-out, and they not only accommodated us but also upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment at no extra charge. The location is excellent—very close to the city center, markets, and just a 20-minute walk to the Alhambra Palace. Beautiful city and beautiful people!'

'Tout a été parfait. Etablissement situé dans rue tranquille, non loin du centre mais loin du bruit. Appartement très bien équipé.et d'une grande propreté. Identique aux photos du site. Pleins de commerces à proximité. Très bon accueil de Javier, de bons conseils.
