You will find this apartment on a beautiful, small-scaled holiday site right at Lake Maggiore. The holiday site exists of 15 modern apartments overlooking the lake and it’s ideal for a family holiday. Guests of this site have use of a beautiful private beach, sunshades and sun beds. You can sit down at the romantic terrace to enjoy the wonderful views over the Lake Maggiore and the mountains. The terrace is part of a restaurant and bar, open from April to September and there you can sit down for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just for a drink.
Motorboats, water scooters, canoes, hydro cycles and bikes can be rented at the holiday site. The site is open all year and is provided with a solarium and a private parking place.

It has a kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, American coffee machine, a wardrobe room and private bathroom with shower.
Outside, there is a summer dining area, covered and equipped with table, garden chairs and umbrella.

The holiday site is ideally positioned between the heart of the Alps (Rosa Berg) and the beautiful Lake Maggiore. Numerous walks and mountain bike tours can be made right from the site, like to the Val Grande Park which is only 20 minutes away. The park is a mix of valleys and woods; a unique opportunity to experience a scenery of more than a thousand years old. Besides, nature reserves as Fondotoce, Sacri Monti di Ghiffa, Orta and Domodossia are easily reached from the residence. Other things to do are surfing, swimming, diving, canoe and sailing. You can also rent a motorboat and pay a visit to the wonderful gardens and picturesque fisherman houses at the Borromee Islands. For instance: the Palazzo Borromeo on the island of Bella. The Lake Maggiore is also famous because of its infinite gardens of 16th and 17th century villa’s, like Villa Taranto in Verbania. This is home to the largest botanical garden, containing rare plants, in Europe. Special tour guides are available at the reception of the holiday site.
