'Overall good except missing the requests in the order. Mentioned “did not see your adjacent room request but told I have request for baby basinet” though both are requests in same note. Funny!'

The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances.'
