'The hosts and house are what every home sharing experience should strive to be like. Their communication was phenomenal, the location was picturesque, and if they didn't have it, they were quick with a great recommendation. We were fortunate enough to be here for Carnaval and were less than a 10 minute walk from the joyous festivities. If you want to experience a welcoming and native town in Portugal that is near both Lisbon and Obidos, this is a must.'
'If you want to stay in a beautiful little house off the beaten path with tons and tons of character, then this is the place. It was an absolute fantastic experience and the host goes way beyond for her clients. She even had brand new toothbrushes if you needed one to beer and snacks in the fridge. 'Mr. Anvar and Ms. Rosa are the best hosts. We were always greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. The property was beautifully decorated, comfortable and restful. The delicious breakfast was served in the garden on the patio by Ms. Rosa and her helper. Our bathroom was recently renovated with gorgeous modern utilities.
We hope to come back to Portugal. When we do we would love to stay here at this location again!'

'The room was clean, but there was a smell that was reminiscent of mold in the room. The bed was comfortable, but the A/C unit was suboptimal. The staff were incredible.'
