Tiny Home 'Amselnest' with Lake View, Private Terrace, and Wi-Fi

With beautiful lake views, the renovated and charming shepherd’s hut "Amselnest" in Oelsnitz/Vogtland offers a private terrace overlooking the water and surrounding greenery. The 12 m² hut features a combined living and sleeping area with a bed, a sleeper chair, wardrobe, and a flexible dining and seating space. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and toilet. Amenities include a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, TV, electric heating, and books for all ages.



Amselnest provides a small private outdoor area with seating and a grill, as well as a separate terrace with lounge furniture. The hut is located in a nature reserve, perfect for hiking with or without your dog, fishing, swimming, surfing, and boating. Nearby, you’ll find a playground, a kiosk, a table tennis area, and a rental station for rowboats and fishing permits. A sailing school is about 5 minutes away.



Local highlights include Bad Elster, Hof, Plohn amusement park, and several zoos. The Czech Republic is about 30 minutes away. Public transport is within walking distance. Parking is available on the property. Families with children are welcome.



One pet is allowed (for an extra fee). Dogs up to 30–40 cm shoulder height are accepted and must be kept on a leash. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Two e-scooters and two bicycles are available free of charge on site, subject to availability. There is also a secure bike shelter with charging facilities for e-bikes. The property provides guests with waste separation guidelines.
