I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. Bathroom not at current minimum standards (soviet style): old and dirty bathroom, one single tap common to bathtub snd sink, shower curtain too short. Kitchen ok. Sewage smell all over the apartment. No international TV channel in EN or FR. Common stairs very dirty and sometimes broken. Concierge half polite. 24 h availability not available as advertised on Hotels.com. '
