'Prima hotel, dicht bij Chinatown'

'Was great 20 years ago but now some average staff, two non functioning lifts during breakfast time and a pool that is way to small for the property is showing its age. The rooms were still very comfortable but not quite up to 2026 QT standards. If you don’t mind about other amenities the value for money was quite good. '

'Stayed 1 night for my bday. Did not look like online pics eg worn and dated. No free water bottles. Body wash bottle was not refilled and had to call for a refill. Floors cracked and even though said soundproofed could hear people in other rooms. I will not stay here again.'

'We arrived as it was raining. The receptionist told us the guest parking was full- not sure how since we were guests. She also said the bottle of wine tha came with would be in our room- it wasn’t and we had to call for it. We were put in the conference room floor which was fine, but there is not a sign to even point in the direction of the guest rooms until you walk all the way down past the conference rooms. '

'The standard of the house keeping was poor, the floors/carpet were not cleaned properly, towel were the smallest I have ever seen in a in anything other than a 3 star hotel, our bedding was not changed during the 4 night stay. Despite booking a bed and breakfast package and a booking confirmation that said "free breakfast" and being given a 2 for one coffee voucher valid for the 4 days, when I went to check our they tried to charge me for anything other than one coffee or tea at breakfast and...
