'Our 2 bedroom suite with disabled accessible bathroom was superb. Our only suggestion would be that since standing water from the shower does not drain away completely, having a squeegee mop of some sort in the bathroom would be helpful - either that or having the drain in the bathroom actually drain all of the water would be good. But really everything at the hotel was outstanding and very disabled-friendly.'

'The room was filthy. There were bugs all over and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. There also was no hot water. I was there for a lacrosse tournament and checked in around 8pm. The service and staff was terrible and would not switch the room.'

'Great stay for one night!'

'Room was nice and clean and fairly updated. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work. Our microwave was broken, but they brought us a brand new one when we told the front desk. Very nice. Good value for the money. Breakfast was good enough. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Het is leuk dat het hotel geen onderdeel is van een keten en de bedden waren goed. De faciliteiten zijn echter beperkt. De gym heeft een paar apparaten die nauwelijks gebruikt en onderhouden worden. Het ontbijt is inclusief, maar zeer beperkt. Gelukkig zijn er ontbijtopties in de buurt. Voor het gebruik van de wasmachine zijn veel kwartjes nodig, maar die zijn niet te wisselen bij de receptie.'

'Seems like a nice hotel. We only stayed for one night. Had no use for amenities.'

'This Carriage House was the best B & B my wife and I have visited so far! Super helpful staff, great breakfast, very clean room, just a few minutes walk from the beach, serene surroundings. We highly recommend The Carriage House to anyone visiting Ocean Grove area. And we loved walking the streets of quaint Ocean Grove, NJ, which is our new favorite NJ location 😊🇺🇸'

'This was a wonderful hotel. It would have been nice to have fresh coffee a little earlier in the morning. Great place to stay!'

'I was traveling with my 1 Nd 4 year old grandchildren. The woman who checked me in at 2 was kind enough to let me store the luggage and porta-crib in her office until I came back with the kids. We didn’t get back until 7 and the woman at the front desk was overly kind and helpful. She brought my luggage cart up to my room so I could carry the baby. It was such a pleasure to have met such a wonderful and supportive staff. The same can be said for the front desk gentleman who retrieved my luggage...

'Super beautiful room! Super friendly staff. Will definitely come back!'

'Everything was just perfect'

'Location was good'

'The room was very small but cute.'

'Great location. Beautiful views. Bathrooms are a bit old and dated, but towels and linens were fantastic. Will definitely stay again in the future!'
