'everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. 'Room was clean enough for the price. However, body wash dispenser was completely empty upon check-in. I guess I missed that breakfast was only a “continental breakfast”. Only cereal, bagels, yogurt, and fruit provided. No hot foods and not much selection. But was a decent hotel for a one night stay, just passing through.'

'The room was really clean. The water playground and arcade were really fun for kids. Restaurants served good foods at a reasonable price. The only thing there was no vent on the bathroom in our room, so when my kids do number 2 it stunk the whole room. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.'

The gal working overnight is very nice, she got my days started right. 'Great little property close to the beach - reasonable rates, in walking distance to many things in the downtown OS area. Mini gym and one laundry/vending on site. Basic breakfast and coffee options, which were nice. A kerfuffle occurred at the main street connecting to 90/Bienville one night, as this is located at the over/under pass to Biloxi, but we did not hear a peep of the commotion and have stayed many other times at length........would still recommend.'
