'Our family was delightfully surprised by the character of our villa. We loved wearing Viking helmets and eating in the Viking ship! We had 5 adults and we all slept well, even the pullout couch was comfortable. We reserved our villa 1 hour before our arrival, it took some digging but once we found a phone number to call, we were able to quickly get settled in our villa. '

'Great themes to these A frames. Clean and well stocked. Great TV channel selection. One and only complaint is y’all need to do something about the shortage of hot water!! The bathtub is huge but we just could not fill the thing up. I waited the advised 20-25 minutes but the water went cold after a few minutes. We had an amazing experience otherwise and will definitely try out a different theme next time!'

'This was a fun villa to rent. The teens enjoyed the decor and all the little decorative details. I liked having both a keurig and a kettle for hot water; the kitchen had all the basics for cooking for the crew. All bedrooms are upstairs and bathroom is downstairs- a little tricky for middle of the night visits. Owners are very responsive and the location is great!. I would definitely recommend this place!'

'The good: *all in on the pirate theme -- all fixtures and fittings, including a lifesize pirate dude on the upper bedroom deck that startled me about 5 times. *Centrally located in Ocean Shores -- if you love Ocean Shores, it's walkable to beach and restaurants. *price point is favorable *tastefully updated -- I'd guess the A-frame was built 50+ years ago, but floors, paint, kitchen, etc. are all new and in great shape. *if you've got little kids and it's warm, lots of play stuff in the shared...

'Loved cottage. Deck needed de mossed/cleaned up. Table& chairs outside too low for elderly.Toilet low also, as others reported. I tried washer/dryer combo- hated it. Took forever for a few things. Broken outside doorstop. For my needs, the toilet was hardest to do. Deck didnt matter this time. I will do these cottages again. I know what to expect now. Easy parking right outside door. Nicely decorated & clean. '

"Dit is echt een hele goede plek om te overnachten in Ocean Shores, ook voor meerdere dagen. Het is een ouder type motel dat door een renovatie binnen en buiten weer volledig nieuw is. Tegelijkertijd het voordeel van dit soort motels: auto voor de deur. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De kamer is heel leuk ingericht en super schoon. De foto’s overdrijven niet. Heerlijk bed met extra kussens. Geen airco maar wel een plafond ventilator en een raam met hor dat open kan. Je kunt koffie zetten op de kamer. Het ontbijt is beperkt, maar met goede koffie en waffles maak je een goede start. Wil je meer, dan vind je vlakbij gelegenheden voor een uitgebreid ontbijt. Het strand is trouwens ook vlakbij en aan de achterkant van het motel is een groot grasveld."
