Pet-Friendly Ground Floor Suite With Pool Access!

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

"Beach, Please!" is the name of this cozy ground-floor unit. The one-bedroom suite sleeps up to six guests, with two queen beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There's also a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, and a coffee pot with included coffee. Slide open the patio door and take in that fresh ocean breeze or kick back and relax inside on stormy coastal days by the fireplace, watching your favorite shows and movies on TV. Plus, ground-floor entry makes access quick and convenient.



This unit is pet-friendly, so bringing them along is part of the plan. A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
