Pet Friendly Condo with King Bed and Kitchenette

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026 the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

Unit 107, also known as "Accidentally on Porpoise", is a ground-floor studio designed for two, making it a great option for couples and solo travelers. The studio features a cozy king bed just across from the TV, as well as a compact kitchenette with a two-burner stove, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot with included coffee. There's one full bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and included toiletries for your convenience. Plus, being on the ground floor makes access easy, whether heading out or settling back in.



This unit welcomes pets, so they can be part of the stay as well. A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
