This is the one you have been looking for! Immaculately presented with recent refurbishments and contemporary style, this charming riverside home is meters from the Barwon Rivers edge, boat ramp and Ocean Grove Golf Course, and within an enjoyable stroll of The Terrace shopping and dining precinct, the Bowling club and Main Beach. Its prime position means you can leave your car behind and enjoy this wonderful coastal town.

The solid brick home is set at the rear of the allotment with a convenient double carport for parking.

The kitchen boasts functional bench space, gas cook top, and has everything you need for family catering. Direct access to the outdoor entertaining encourages regular use of this private family space.

The L-shaped backyard faces north and is surprisingly stylish and spacious. Thoughtful design includes a BBQ and outdoor dining table for those sundrenched evenings, and a protected paved area for relaxation.

The spotless fresh white bathroom boasts shower, contemporary semi-recessed vanity and convenient laundry facilities including washer and dryer.

The living area includes a large 42 inch LED TV, comfy couches, dining table, and split system AC and ceiling fans for year round comfort.

Bedding Configurations

Both bedrooms bud off the living hub and comfortably sleep 4 people with quality bedding, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow cases, and bed sheets provided.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom boasts a queen sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, a 32 inch LED TV, built in robes and includes a ceiling fan for year round comfort.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom consists of two king single beds, built in robes and ceiling fan to ensure year round comfort.

Perfect unit, great location!

This is a fabulous place to stay in Ocean Grove. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The accommodation is very clean and neat and has everything you need, a quiet location, undercover parking at the door, a neat backyard with BBQ, laundry facilities, great WIFI and ceiling fans in the bedrooms were ideal. The beds are so very comfortable! The location is fabulous, walking distance to the main street and the river is only a few doors down, with great walking paths and a pier for fishing. We highly recommend this for families. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice unit in a quiet location

We came down to Ocean Grove for a wedding weekend. The unit was perfect for us - clean and spacious in a great quiet location by the river. Ryan was terrific to deal with, prompt to reply and very helpful. Highly recommend!

A clean and tidy unit. I was able to park my car outside of the unit under a carport. A short drive to the supermarket and shops. 100 metres from the shore of the Bellarine waterway,and a walkway around the shore and a bit further to the beach. It was an ideal location for me and would stay there again, 9/10

The property was in a convenient location close to town & to the place where our workshop was held in beautiful Ocean Grove. The unit was very clean & a nice size. The water pressure from the shower was excellent & the bed was comfortable. It was in a quiet street with the river at the end. The one star was for the check in due to our lack of technology but it was sorted out well by stayz & the property manager.

The perfect getaway

My two kids and I loved this cute little riverside unit! We took the opportunity to go crabbing in the rocks in the river late in the afternoon and it only took a minute to walk there! The unit itself is in excellent condition, very clean and plenty of amenities available. Off street parking and a secure back yard were a bonus. Only a short drive into town and the beach. We can't wait to book this little gem again!

The property is well located and comfortable. Some extras would have been welcome, e.g. a coffee machine and sponges to clean around the kitchen. However, what is absolutely deplorable is that parts of the unit are very dirty, like the microwave. The grill is shockingly filthy. Never seen anything like this.

Our small little family had a great stay at ocean grove! The property was a great size for us, location was excellent with the water on the corner, main street a short distance and same with the beach. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a short and long stay!

2 day getaway

Well located to township & where we wanted to visit (eg Adventure Park & Geelong). Neat and compact with everything you needed for great stay (all cooking equipment, linen & towels, etc). Fishing on Barwon River at end of street, ramp also close by, places to walk, quiet area, everything close and handy and easy to find. The laundry was a bonus (washing machine & dryer). Host wonderful to deal with - prompt communication, very accomodating. Place was warm, cosy and comfortable. Would definitely go there again and planning on letting friends know about it.
