South Beach is a luxurious building overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean on 7th street. Enjoy a large, spacious designer unit with all the extras plus an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, assigned parking and shops on the ground level. Beds include a king in the master, a king in the second bedroom, and a pyramid bunk with a trundle in the third bedroom (a double & 2 singles). Guest supplies their own sheets and bath towels, soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This condo rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Indoor pool is closed from January 2 to April 1.
Non-smoking. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
