Beautiful House with cathedral ceilings just a 5-minute walk to the beach close to Fenwick Island. We are located in a quiet sub division known as "Little Salisbury" just off the Ocean Highway

The newly furnished 3-bedroom house features a lower level Master suite with cathedral ceiling, king size bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom with jacuzzi; and a beautiful sectional sofa with usb ports and pullout full size bed; a second level bedroom with queen bed and work station; and a second level with single/double bunk with an extra double mattress underneath for kids.

NO SMOKING of any kind, NO PETS and PARTIES.Renters will be assessed the cost of deep cleaning and repairs to property damage caused by smoking or vaping,pets and parties related damages.Only registered guests will stay.

We also have 5 bicycles in the shed and 2 kayaks under the house (you will need your own carrier) for your personal use. The neighborhood is nice to bike around. There is a place to put the kayaks in the bay several blocks away . Please return them to their original location. Any damages or missing items will result in an extra charge.
