This one-bedroom rental is located right on the beach, just off Coastal Highway, three miles south of the state line. Enjoy the shared swimming pool, take a stroll out onto the sand for a day of swimming and sunbathing during the summer months, or drive across the border to the north and enjoy a little tax-free shopping in Delaware.

Featuring an open floor plan, this bright and airy home offers a comfortable living area with a Sofa Bed alongside a dining area with a table and seating for four. Both spaces have sliding doors leading out to the private balcony where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and set over the bay.

Back inside, there's a breakfast bar with three counter stools attached to the well-equipped full kitchen. With drawers and cabinets stocked with essential cookware and dinnerware as well as an array of labor-saving gadgets and appliances, you can whip up anything from a cup of coffee or a quick snack to a full-course meal.

The bedroom has side-by-side double beds, large windows, and an attached, full bath with shower/tub combo. With one-and-a-half baths, this home sleeps four guests most comfortably, making it ideal for a family vacation or a few couples travelling to the coast together.

WiFi is provided to make it easy for you to get online, and with two TVs, both of which are equipped with DVD players, you can keep up with your favorite shows, or bring along a few discs and program your own movie nights. This rental also comes with a washer/dryer, so you can leave those bulky suitcases home and start each day of your vacation with fresh, clean clothes!

For visiting anglers, there are several charters available for bay and offshore fishing via marinas up and down Fenwick Island. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Overall, the building was great. The pool was fantastic, the location could not be beat. The hallways lobby and facilities were all very clean and well maintained. The condo, needs a complete renovation. The tub/shower did not drain. The toilet closest to the bedroom ran the entire time we were there despite trying to fix it. Vacasa was coming to fix those the day we were leaving. There was no privacy to sleep on the pullout couch. No blinds on the doors to block out any sunlight. The blinds in the bedroom were missing half of the slats. The faucets and showerhead were very corroded. The couch had multiple broken springs and was very uncomfortable to sit on. Overall, the condo could use a complete gut and refinish. Would be great for someone who is used to a frat house or a dorm.

Do not stay here

The view from the balcony is the only good thing about this rental. Do not stay here! After reading a few reviews from a few years ago saying the same, I had hope that improvements would have been made, but no. Dated is one thing, but it’s clear that no one is maintaining this property. From non working coffee makers, disgustingly dirty vents (mold, dust!) to rusted doors, broken cabinets and moldy bathrooms, it’s just a total mess. The photos are very deceiving. There was no bedding for the pull out and the pillows are a total waste. The sofa is sagging and stained and you just feel gross staying there - thank goodness for the beach.

Disgusted

This property should NOT be rented until repairs are done. The powder room sink was pouring water straight into a bucket below. Known to staff at Vacasa but still not repaired before occupancy. The toilet was leaking, the dishwasher didn't drain and had the whole place smelling of sewage. The exhaust fan and light and refrigerator lights didn't work. There was broken furniture including the pull out sofa and the headboard on one of the queen beds wasn't attached to either the bed or the wall and kept falling forward. The closet door on the balcony was so rusted it wouldn't close all the way and paint chips and rust were all over the ground and all over the door, a big safety hazard especially for children. There was no working TV and the internet information given out was incomplete delaying access. The "welcome package" of start up necessities like toilet paper and dish soap/sponge wasn't present, most notably the TP. Local staff attempted to be helpful but at the end of the stay nothing had been remedied. What's worse is that the owner and Vacasa were aware of the deficiencies and stated in another review that they had been repaired. Note I did not see these reviews from Late June until it was too late. I will never rent another Vacasa unit again!

There were no paper towels like listed. I reached out by e-mail with a question about parking. I received a reply that said they had a lot of e-mails to go through, and would get back to me, but never did. I feel parking should be prorated. I arrived on Friday and stayed until Sunday. I was charged the full price for weekly parking, even though my stay was for only three days, and only got to use the spot for one full day out of three. The bathtub drained slowly. When one person showered, the next person had to wait 40 minutes for the water to go completely down. I spoke with maintenance they said someone would be out the next day, no one ever came. Apparently they were aware of the problem, guy on the phone stated there was an issue the week prior.

unit needs some attention to cleaning detail. First sight in the door was a big "tumbleweed" of long hair. Many cobwebs and dirty a/c vents, a torn moldy shower curtain liner and one toilet that didn't flush. the toilet issue was the only matter resolved after three days. Have rented condos in the past successfully, but this was the first and last dealing with Vacassa

Unit is not as nice as the pictures

This particular unit was abysmal...it needs a complete gutting and remodeling. 95% of the items in this unit were completely outdated. The tub did not drain (it took over 30 minutes once the shower was turned off), both toilets needed for the handles to be held for over 5 seconds to flush properly, tub screws were sticking out and completely rusty (tetanus!!!), along with other metal items in the unit that were rusty, such as the can opener (which was unusable), door hinges and closet doors. A unit like this in a desirable building is unacceptable. I have to believe that the owners do not even stay in their own unit.

Although place was over all clean, the sheets had black marks on them and any blankets or spreads had obviously not been washed recently. Condo apt. needed an overall renovation. Location was great and many very good restaurants in the area.

Amazing view and location however the property was filthy, clearly unkept and very outdated. The beds were so uncomfortable and was help up by cinderblocks. Sheets, mattress and pillows were disgusting we spend over $200 on cleaning supplies and bedding. Mold and mildew all over the shower and shower curtains. No A/c thankfully it’s wasn’t too hot outside, No WiFi or cable on the tv that’s the size of my iPad

Wasn't expecting to rent from a company. My understanding was that on VRBO , I was renting from a private owner. Great location. Sure, it was on a low price, even then at least basic facility is expected. The bathroom, especially shower, tub and faucets needs to be changed. Kitchen could use better utensils, and new cabinets.

The number one frustration was the air conditioning not working the whole weekend. As that is an amenity we paid for and for it to not work - that was extremely frustrating. We had someone come out from maintenance, and he really tried to figure it out but the air still did not kick on. We eventually gave up on it because we were tired of having to spend so much time on the issue instead of out on the beach and enjoying our stay. It left for an uncomfortable stay though. Aside from that, the check in and the lock box (location of where that would be) were details that i felt weren't super clear. The person at the property in the office was either not in a good mood or hates their job, because she did not seem super thrilled to help us. The directions for connecting to the wifi also weren't clear, or maybe weren't updated. We eventually figured it out but the signal wasn't strong. All in all the stay was just okay - biggest frustration and inconvenience being the A/C.

Just awful!

I could see from the reviews that this condo needed updating. That was only the beginning. The corner of the shower had a broken piece to prevent water running out. It had been caulked repeatedly and the caulk was moldy and gross. There was also mold growing around the door frame in the bathroom. The mattresses and pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The mattress on the sleep sofa was hard and worn and there were no pillows. The clothes closet was dirty and there was a dirty mop thrown on the floor. We couldn’t even put our clothes in it. The shades on the sliders were broken and half missing. The door to the storage room on the patio was so rusty it didn’t even close, and the air return vent was rusty and gross as well. Truly the only positives were that the air conditioning was cold and view was fantastic! The rest of the issues were so bad, however, that we only stayed for one of our two nights and drove home a day early. I am reluctant to rent through VRBO again since there is no way to truly know what kind of property we would get.

“The View”

Our first time with VRBO and didn’t remember getting e-mail about codes we needed. Did call and got immediate assistance, thank you! The living room was much smaller than the photos we saw on VRBO. The toilets need some work and the cable cord in the living ran under the rug causing a fire hazard for one and a tripping hazard for renters. Thought there should have been extra seating in living room. The view was phenomenal! Thank you, we also have a rental booked for first week in August in Davis, West Virginia next year, love the convenience and service with VRBO!

Great for a small group

Perfect for a small group who love the beach! Nice large balcony and great views of both the ocean and bay. The property is a little dated but everything worked well. The elevators were always accessible and management was helpful. Checking in was easy and the beach didn't feel too overcrowded at this location.
